Im Maddy, founder of Nueva Sol Yoga & Wellness. I started practicing yoga when I was 14 and continued to practice the better it felt. As a 200HR RYT I aim to also create a space for you to find a practice that feels good. Come for the vibes & stay for the healing. All of my offerings are all levels welcome, based in communities and rooted in love. Namaste.
