Kaleigh Mancha has served as a Full Spectrum birthworker & Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist for over a decade. Kaleigh graduated from UNLV in 2008 with her BA in Psychology, moving on to earn her Master’s in Psychology from Cal Poly State University (SLO) in 2011. As a birthworker she is certified as a Loss, Death, Labor & Postpartum Doula. In January 2017 she was awarded the DTI “Outstanding Doula of the Year” Award for the contributions she’s made in addressing & reducing trauma in birthwork within the Las Vegas community.

In 2017, she started K.a.y. & M.e. because she believes “Wellness is a necessity, not a luxury”. K.a.y. & M.e. is a full service, culturally responsive & accessible small business providing therapy, trauma informed yoga & doula services. She is trained & specializes in perinatal & postpartum mood disorders (PMADs), reproductive experiences, complex trauma & life transitions. In 2019 Kaleigh co-created the 1st nationally grant funded doula & PMADs screening program for survivors of violence, at no cost to birthing folks. The impact of this project inspired her to actualize a long held vision- to open a physical space that centered the decolonization of wellness. In 2020, Kaleigh co- founded Heart & Sol Collective in an effort to help people find a healing space while building community. Heart & Sol Collective is a BIPOC lead collective that provides offerings such as: mental health services, childbirth education, is a human milk donation center & more.

Kaleigh is an active mentor & public speaker, with much of her work focused on reproductive justice & helping folks reclaim & decolonize their wellness & healing.
