CCSESA Statewide Arts Initiative in partnership with the Butte County Office of Education and the Stanislaus County Office of
Education is pleased to host the webinar, Teaching Visual Arts in
Connection with History Social Studies.

This interactive webinar previews and unpacks the Creativity at the Core’s new Module 24. Designed to enhance both the quality of Visual Arts and History/Social Science learning, this module
provides a model for integrating Visual Arts and History/Social
Science, and provides six integrated units that meet the rigor of
Visual Art and History/Social Science standards.

	Jennifer Spangler, Arts Education Coordinator, Butte County Office of Education. Jennifer has a MA in Art History from UC Davis and taught art history and art appreciation at the university level for 10 years.
