Learn how to use the Pioneer Museum collection to meet 4th grade History/ SS & Visual Arts standards.

Each participant will receive

• A free pass to the Pioneer Museum for one class field trip
• Free Art poster for your classroom

Participants will learn to:

• Use the museum's collection for Grade 4 History/SS lesson including examples of primary and secondary sources
• Take home a lesson that integrates art and history
• Ideas for integrating Visual Art with History to optimally engage students
• Utilize the ARTS Framework in planning
